Nippon Paint Excel Primer White

Excel Primer White is a white-tinted acrylic solvent based primer. It is specially formulate to adhere on the chalky painted masonry surfaces. Due to its small molecule that can penetrate into wall and seal , it is recommended for any repainting work.
