CCM-Sr.Technician Service (IT Support)

Responsibilities

Take care, install, fix, give advice about paint mixers, paint sprayers, polishing machines and other products in the responsible area.
Answer questions and provide support information and troubleshoot basic usage problems via Remote Access and Onsite to be able to use normally.

Use knowledge and skills in information technology systems to use and increase work efficiency and organization.
Train staff and PCs. To have the skills to be able to use the knowledge to work on various machines correctly.
Prepare usage data, repairs, or other information Necessary for IT management
Manage your own work well, guide and set an example for your colleagues to continuously develop their potential.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology.
• 22-35 years old.
• Knowledge and competence in information technology systems including hardware, software and solutions.
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel (Pivot table, Vlookup, advance function).
• Communication skills and have service mind.
• Able to travel to work in other provinces.
