The new plastered cement wall has cracks.
Causes
- Plaster expands or contracts, causing cracks.
- Low-quality plastering work or disproportionate mixing of mortar and water.
- The bricks are not soaked in water before plastering, resulting in water absorption from the plaster.
- Construction movement.
Solution
- Repair the cracks by Nippon Paint Vinilex Wall Putty.
- Apply Nippon Paint Flexiseal 1 coat as a primer.
- Apply the outer coating 2 times:
- Interior: Nippon Paint AirCare
- Exterior: Nippon Paint Weatherbond
