The new plastered cement wall has cracks.

Causes 

• Plaster expands or contracts, causing cracks.
• Low-quality plastering work or disproportionate mixing of mortar and water.
• The bricks are not soaked in water before plastering, resulting in water absorption from the plaster.
• Construction movement.

Solution

• Repair the cracks by Nippon Paint Vinilex Wall Putty.
• Apply Nippon Paint Flexiseal 1 coat as a primer.
• Apply the outer coating 2 times:
  • Interior: Nippon Paint AirCare
  • Exterior: Nippon Paint Weatherbond
