Nippon Paint Excel Primer Plus

Excel Primer plus is a clear acrylic solvent based primer that guaranteed with THai Industrial Standard. It is specially formulate to adhere on the chalky painted masonry surfaces. Due to its small molecule that can penetrate into wall and seal , it is recommended for any repainting work.
