Tilelac Ema Base as an intermediate coat of Tilelac textured coating system that giving textured pattern on the system, the texture can be fine or heavy mountainous or heat-cut. It is suitable for decoration of various concrete surfaces (including prefabricated concrete), mortar and asbestos.
