Washing stains
Cause
Dirt stains might be caused from cleaning paint film as some stains are difficult to remove such as chemical pens and oil. Matt finishing is more difficult to remove than Semi-Gloss and Gloss finishing.
Solution
Step 1
Surface preparation
- Start by soft wiping and washing using a cloth or sponge. Do not use sharp materials such as steel wool to wipe on the paint because they scratch the paint surface and cause it to flake.
- Some types of stains are difficult to wipe off. Strong wiping will damage the paint coating.
Step 2
Primer
Nippon Paint Aqua Sealer
- Small paint molecules can effectively penetrate the inner cement layer.
- Water-based formula has a low odor and low volatile compounds.
